Please use our Interactive Site Map to both explore the site and book the exact pitch in your desired location.
Group Bookings
We welcome Family Group Bookings, larger non family group bookings must call to discuss. New for 2024 we have introduced a Group Conduct Contract to help ensure that the sites rules are adhered too. Please click on the link at the bottom of the page to view.
NOTE: Groups that do not seek prior permission will have their bookings cancelled with NO refund.
2024 bookings are now open, for large group bookings please call 01844 396 301.
How to Make a Group Booking
Check for eligability
Call 01844 273387 to discuss your groups booking and to ensure we are happy to take your booking. Group bookings made without first seeking this will be CANCELLED
Select Pitch's
Search the interactive map above on the date(s) required having selected a pitch type. A green dot shows the location of each available pitch of your desired type that is free.
Make a note
Make a note of the available pitch's that you would like. During the booking process you will NOT be returned to the map so scribble those pitch numbers or names down!
Booking the pitch's
Click on the first pitch you would like to book, at the end of the booking process click on make another booking and then select the next pitch from the drop down. You will not be returned to the map. Repeat the process until all the pitch's booked. Finally you must email camping@orchardviewfarm.co.uk with the details of the pitch's you have booked.
